I will be going live or posting videos to talk over major topics about self care that I've noticed are left out of most conversations and vital to our own personal growth and connections with others.
I will be passing out a set of custom designed by me worksheets to for you to process through the week. I've used these in my own personal growth and with my kids and have grown so much because of them.
I will be doing a Group Zoom Call to give you all a chance to talk about your own self care, connect with me about how self care and nurturing shows up in your astrology and design, and answer any other questions you may have. This is a great way to also get to know the others in the group.
There’s an open Q&A opportunity throughout the entire program to get all your questions answered.
