Week One:

Week one is all about natural self care versus societal self care and knowing what kind of energy we carry when walking into experiences. The homework is an energy update. You can do this worksheet as often as you want, the purpose is to show you what your current energy is like and a great marker for how you handing day to day situations.


Week Two:

Week two is about low energy states and how to shift our energy to maintain it during our experiences. We talk about how to share energy with others who are low and what our body actually needs to keep our energy states available to us. The homework is called picking fruit. This worksheet is a great way to help you see what nurtures you into these higher energetic states and fuels your soul.


Week Three:

Week three is where we learn about how our soul loves to be loved. How we can incorporate self care in a soul like way and how Human Design shows us exactly what our soul is craving!


Week Four:

Week four is a recap of all that we’ve studies so far and how we can implement everything we are learning going forward with all the connections with me within ourselves and with others.
