Sophia is a wife to her high school sweetheart, mother of 2 humans and 5 furbabies, and a sibling of 10.
She is a Certified Reiki Master, 200 hr Certified Yoga instructor and a coach, specializing in supporting humans in taking care of themselves. Sophia is a culmination of self care, love and discovery.
Compassionate for herself and anyone else she comes into contact with. Teaching others to fill their cup first, to feel nourished and cared for. Sophia thrives with those she can laugh with , and be her whole self.
